Who supplies expert profiles? How is availability maintained? Which notifications are needed? What data may be collected? Who should have access?

ACCEPTANCE EXAMPLE
A test visitor can submit one valid request. The operator can find its details and record confirmation. Invalid inputs show clear errors. Check access and duplicate handling against the agreed scope.
